Start your Saturday the right way. Join us on the turf at Nebraska Crossing before the mall opens for a fun, low-impact group fitness class focused on mat-based strength and mobility. Whether you're new to fitness or looking for a great way to move your body and reset for the weekend, this class is for you.
Expect to break a sweat, build functional strength, and leave feeling energized. Great for all fitness levels! No equipment needed, just bring a mat, water, yourself, and maybe a friend!
